HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH MINISTRY
**Any high school freshman through senior (Catholic and non-Catholic) is invited to all events! : )
**Emergency Medical forms are necessary for many events. Please fill one out if you are interested in attending events throughout the year! :) Click here to print a copy. You only need to turn in one copy for the entire school year (not a separate copy for each event)
**CHECKS – Please make checks for all events payable to St. Michael Youth Group and put the name of the event and youth in the memo. You can mail the check and registration to St. Michael Church, 750 Bright Rd., Findlay, OH 45840, drop them off, or put them in the collection basket. Mark attn. Donna Brown.

*************October '08************* **Thursday, October 2 - Morning Prayer - In the Downtown Church at 7:00 AM. One of the youth will lead the prayer time and we will have juice and donuts afterwards. We will finish by 7:30. All high school youth are welcome! If FHS school is delayed for any reason, morning prayer is cancelled. **Sunday, October 5 - Putnam County's Haunted Cornfield - We will meet at 7:00 PM (after the 6:00 PM Masss) in the parking lot by the gym that faces Bright Road. Bring $8.00 with you for the fee for the Haunted Cornfield and you will need an emergency medical form if you do not have on one file for this year. We should arrive back in Findlay about 10:00 PM. **Monday, October 6 - Youth Board Meeting - From 7-8:30 PM in the Youth Room. **Thursday, October 9 - Morning Prayer - In the Downtown Church at 7:00 AM. One of the youth will lead the prayer time and we will have juice and donuts afterwards. We will finish by 7:30. All high school youth are welcome! If FHS school is delayed for any reason, morning prayer is cancelled. **Sunday, October 12 - Life Teen Mass and Night - We will begin with 6:00 PM Mass at the Main Church on Bright Road and we invite you to sit in the reserved seats for Life Teen. We would like ALL the high school aged youth of the parish and your friends to join us for these celebrations! If you do go to another Mass, feel free to join us for the meal at 7;15 in the Activity Center (enter doors to hallway between the church and the AC) and for Life Night in the Auditorium immediately following the meal. We will be finished by 8:30 PM. Please have the person picking you up park in the parking lot to the right of the Church off Bright Road. You will be exiting the doors by the gym. TEC (Teens Encounter Christ) - This is a retreat weekend for Juniors and Seniors in high school and for anyone during their first year of high school. TEC is a national program and in the Toledo Diocese all the TEC weekends are held in Carey at the Franciscan Renewal Center. These retreats are a special opportunity for you to grow in understanding of your faith, strengthen your spirituality and encounter our Lord. All of this, plus, make new friends and have lots of fun in the process. The cost of TEC is $100.00 but the youth fun will pay $50.00 of your fee, so you would need to pay $40.00 with your application that is available at the office and then you would also pay $10.00 when you go to TEC.
