The Mission of the School Advisory Council is to serve in an advisory capacity, for assisting and counseling the pastor/principal in leading and governing the parish on all matters pertaining to St. Michael School.
All registered adult members of the parish or parents of registered school children are eligible to run for council and elections are held in the spring. There are seven elected members, along with the pastor and principal. Meetings are generally the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm during the school year. Periodic committee meetings will meet as needs arise. All council meetings are open to parish members and school parents.
