The Sundays of the summer and fall seasons of the year are most commonly called “Ordinary Time.” During these approximate 25 Sundays we will celebrate the Eucharistic liturgy and hear about Jesus’ public ministry as described in the Gospel of Mark. Specifically we will hear about Jesus’ parables and miracles.
Jesus’ message is still appropriate for us today. We can see He is alive through His Holy Spirit, influencing our daily lives and helping us to grow in faith.
Please continue to pray with us during this “Ordinary Time.” Our Mass schedule remains the same and the command to keep holy the Lord’s Day and receive the Eucharist is an important part of our Catholic faith.
